Public Relations for Small Business & Not-for-Profits
This course will teach you how to: Develop a clear and concise message framework, find the right media targets, utilize the best tactics for engaging with different media types, write press releases/social media releases/pitches/bylined article, measure success, access the best vehicles for getting the word out, and trade show/event PR.
This 4hr session is designed for participants to drill into their PR/marketing strategy and walk away with a complete toolkit to launch an effective campaign. Class sizes are intentionally small, 20 people max, so participants can receive targeted feedback from the instructor and other attendees.
It is strongly suggested that this course is taken as part of the 3 course series (other 2 courses are social media and media training).
